- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- No. You can order a single garment or place a larger order for a team.
- How do I submit my logo artwork?
- Upload it while configuring a garment or email it to sales@theembroideryshed.co.uk. The configurator accepts JPG, PNG, PDF, AI and EPS files up to 8MB.
- Do you charge a logo setup fee?
- No. The Embroidery Shed does not charge a logo setup fee.
- Will I approve new artwork before production?
- Yes. New or changed artwork does not enter production until the proof or layout has been approved. Check the wording, colours, size and placement carefully before approving it.
- How long will my order take?
- The standard manufacturing lead time is 5–10 working days from the order being placed. Allow a further 1–2 working days for delivery. Artwork changes, stock availability and unusually large orders can affect these estimates.
- How much does UK delivery cost?
- Mainland UK delivery is £5.99 plus VAT and is free when you spend over £100 plus VAT.
- How can I pay for my order?
- The checkout accepts major debit and credit cards, including American Express.
- Where can I find the right size information?
- Use the manufacturer size guide supplied for the product where one is available. Sizing varies by brand and style, so do not rely on one universal chart for the whole range.
- Can I return personalised items?
- Goods that have been embroidered, badged, printed, assembled to your requirements or specially procured cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
- I need my order urgently. What should I do?
- Call 07812 752420 before placing the order so the team can check what is possible for the garments and artwork you need.
