Help · Sizing
Choose the right size for the garment.
Sizing varies between brands and styles. Use the information supplied for the exact product rather than treating one chart as a guide to the whole range.
Use the product guide
A size label is not a standard measurement. The cut and measurement method can differ between manufacturers and even between styles from the same brand.
Open the product page and use its manufacturer size guide where one is provided. Check whether the guide lists body measurements or finished garment measurements, and follow the labels on that guide.
Do not assume that a medium in one polo, hoodie or jacket will match a medium in another product.
Compare like with like
If the supplier guide uses garment measurements, compare it with a similar garment that already fits the way you need it to.
- Use the same measurement points and units shown in the product guide.
- Compare the same type of garment and the fit you intend to wear.
- Allow for layers only when the product information or supplier guide says to.
- Check every team member's size before submitting a personalised order.
Ask before ordering if anything is unclear
Personalised garments cannot normally be returned because the size or fit is unsuitable, unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Send us the product name and the size information you are comparing. We can clarify the listed supplier information before you place the order; we cannot make one generic chart accurate for every garment in the shop.
